It’s important that you make your business premises as safe as possible. It’s likely that your space contains a wide variety of valuable equipment. From expensive PCS to important documents, the last thing you want is a thief gaining access.
So what can you do to make your property more secure?

Assess entry points
Your first step should be to evaluate your current security measures. Are they sufficient? Are there places that could benefit from a security measure?
On your way round, take on the mindset of a thief. You need to gain access to the property with minimal fuss. Where do you start? Where are the weak points? You should put extra security in these areas.
Take action
Now you know the weakest points within your property, you can reinforce them. Outfit every entrance with strong locks and replace any weak or damaged doors and windows. If you have an especially large entrance consider reinforced shutters.
You should also install alarm systems throughout the property. Not only will it alert you to an intruder when they’ve gained access, but it should deter thieves too. Make sure that every alarm is regularly checked and that it’s in full working order.

Who’s responsible?
